Cancelation Policy

As a small business Highway To Health Solutions is greatly affected by last minute cancelations & no-shows. Your scheduled time is 100% yours, therefore Highway To Health Solutions has a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. By failing to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in 100% of the treatment price charged with no option for refund (without proof of extenuating circumstances).

Release Agreement

By agreeing to a session, you consent to waive and release Highway To Health Solutions from any and all liability, past, present and future, relating to Remedial Massage, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, CHEK Exercise Reconditioning and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. You understand that this is a holistic approach to healing the body and that it is not a substitute for conventional allopathic medicine or psychiatric care.

Package Policy

All packages must be used in full within 1 year of the purchase date. Any sessions that have not been used in this time will not be granted or refunded (without proof of extenuating circumstances).

Confidential Policy

All sessions and documents are completely confidential. There is only one exception: in the case that the patient becomes an immediate danger to themselves or others, this confidentiality may be broken in order to seek out medical assistance.
